SELF CARE FORUM -  This site offers helpful advice and leaflet which are downloadable.  We believe in empowering our patients to have confidence in managing their conditions.  It will also provide helpful advice through the winter months.

Future planned half day closing is Thursday 12th September 2019, Thursday 30th January 2020 and 12th March 2020 from 12pm the practice will re-open the following day at 8am.

The practice temporarily closes on Thursdays between 12pm & 2.00pm to facilitate staff training and education.  If during this period you need to speak to a Doctor URGENTLY please call 07436803445. This number is only available on Thursdays during this period.  PLEASE NOTE THE PRACTICE CLOSED ON UK BANK HOLIDAYS

You can now access a summary of your medical record, order repeat prescriptions and book call back appointments via our online services.  To apply for access and a password please contact our reception team who will explain the simple process.

(RGN) is our specialist Diabetic Nurse; she will be able to offer you guidance and advice in controlling your Diabetes.

Working in close liaison with the doctors the nurses are available for immunisations, smoking advice, cervical smears, they will be able to offer health promotion advice on diet, exercise, healthy living, family planning etc.

Appointments for nurses can be made in advance via reception or by telephoning 245069.

The Healthcare Assistants are trained phlebotomists which enables them to assist our Nurse with routine blood tests. They are also trained to check blood pressures; Perform ECGs and will check height and weight.
